The difference between leadership and management

There are different definitions of what leadership is and also what management is. We see the former as being about the soft skills, the relationship part, the how of leading others. This includes for example values, risk-taking, communication and trust.

The latter is more about the about the so called hard skills, or the production part. Such things as project planning, budgets, structures and strategies.
